Effective July 2026. The short version: we collect what you give us, we use it to talk to you, and we don't sell it.
What we collect. When you book a demo we collect what you type into the form — your name, email, facility name, and anything you tell us about your operation. The site also uses two standard analytics tags — the Meta (Facebook) Pixel and Google Analytics — which tell us things like which city visitors browse from, how they found us, which pages they read, and whether our ads led to a demo request. Neither gives us your name or contact info unless you submit the form. You can limit tracking in your browser settings, your Meta ad preferences, or with Google's opt-out tools.
How we use it. To respond to your inquiry, set up your demo, and — if you ask us to — keep you posted about roundd. That's it. We don't sell or rent your information to anyone.
Where it lives. Form submissions are processed by our hosting provider (Netlify) and stored in the systems we use to run roundd. We keep them only as long as we have a business reason to.
The platform is separate. This policy covers roundd.io, the marketing site. When a club runs on the roundd platform, that club is the controller of its customers' data, and the platform's own terms govern — including the money firewall and audited-access protections described on this site.
Text messages (SMS). If you give roundd your mobile number and check the consent box — on our opt-in page at roundd.io/text or when you book or create an account — you agree to receive recurring automated text messages from roundd about your bookings and account, such as confirmations, reminders, and customer-care replies. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help; you can also email us. We do not sell or share your mobile number or SMS opt-in consent with any third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information is used only to deliver the messages you asked for and to operate the service.
